You all were so wonderful when mom and dad passed (2009 & 2020). The staff was so understanding. When they came to my sister’s home they honored our request to not cover his face in the home as they put him in the Hearst. Also they did not close his casket in front of us kids. Mom’s funeral was also very nice. They atmosphere was comforting too. As a result of all of this, Schaffer funeral home will also be handling my arrangements when that time arrives. The entire staff at Schaffer's was phenomenal. My Mother had a preplanned funeral, but there were extra details and questions we had.
