Evie, and family ...
So sorry to hear of Dean's passing. So many years have passed since I babysat your girls at your "farmhouse down the lane". My Dad always spoke highly of Dean for all his 'Tiffin Twp' endeavors. Sending my condolences to you & yours at this time of loss.
Sincerely,
B.S.

To the Wellman Family,

Dean will be missed. I remember all the good times from the lake. All of us growing up together, with all of our rights of passages. Dean, Evie, Mom, Dad, Bill and Joyce and the jart tournaments and the fun they all had together. The laughing, the joking and all around good times. This is what I will remember forever. He will be missed.

Dear Evie, Stephanie and Nikki,
We are so sad to hear about Dean's passing. We have so many wonderful weekend memories at the lake. Your family has always held a special place in our hearts. Jeff thinks he needs to be in the "Jart Hall of Fame". Take care and God Bless you:)

My heartfelt sympathies to Evie, Stephanie, Nikki and your extended families during this very difficult time. As a young teacher at Tinora, Dean helped me earn extra cash as a summer school teacher at Four County, where he served as Dean of Students. Evie was a treasure and a blessing as my colleague at Tinora and both Stephanie and Nikki were wonderful reflections of their parents. Cherish your family memories at this difficult time and please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Wellman family, I am saddened to read of Dean's passing. I was one of his students when he taught at Payne High School. Our 50th reunion is a few days away and many of us "kids" were so hopeful he would join us at our gathering. He touched so many lives--including me--in ways even he did not begin to realize. He was a favorite teacher and "drama coach." Please accept my heartfelt sympathies and know that he is wrapping angel wings around you until you meet again. We are blessed to have known him.

Hello Evie and Family, May God grant his grace to you, as we remember our good friend Dean. What a champion of students and doing the right thing. I learned so much from him as a student and later as a co-worker at Four County Career Center . What a decent man. Thank you for sharing him with so many of us.
