Dear Cindy, Almost 58 years ago, your Mom, was our Sunday School Teacher at St. Paul 's. I remember her reading to us each Sunday, she was always so kind, and I never forgot her gentleness with all of us.. How wonderful for her to live such a long life and for you to have her for so many years. I send greetings and my sympathy---Phyllis Kuntz Kron

From all of us at Defiance College, please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Ada Dora Arps. Our community has lost one of its pillars and shining lights. Ada (and Dorence) were such great friends to Defiance College over the years. We are grateful to have shared in her light along the way and sad that the light has been extinguished. She will never be forgotten at DC!

Ada was a friend for many years. While at St. Paul Lutheran she sang in the choir with me, worked at serving Rotary meals. Loved visiting her in her home. She always served some delicious dessert when I was there. She loved her home and working outside. Loved taking care of her cats. Things I will always remember about her. So happy for her now that she is with her Savior Jesus.
