Robert Lee "Bob" Sanders

It is with great sadness that the family of Robert L. "Bob" Sanders announce his peaceful passing on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.   
  
He arrived on September 21, 1942 in Bolivar, Missouri to John and Della (Boyce) Sanders. He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce L. Sanders. They were married on March 12, 1975 and created a blended family; Robert (Shirley) Sanders Jr., Lora (Craig) Richards, Penny Sanders, Mike Davis (1953-2016), Terry (Kathy) Davis, Rick (Connie) Davis, and Chris Davis. Bob had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren which he created cherished memories with.

Bob retired after 37.5 years at Johns Manville. He loved family, pets, coin collecting, flea markets, going to the lake, the Eagles, and cooking. He will be truly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.

A private family graveside service will be held at Riverview Memory Gardens. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements.
