Paula Jo (Domingo) Lewis

Paula Jo Lewis, age 62 of Defiance, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at her home in Defiance, Ohio.   
  
She was born on December 26, 1962 to Joseph and Jean (Ingersoll) Domingo. Paula was a 1977 graduate of Pioneer North Central High School. She worked at Allied Moulded Products in Bryan, Ohio for several years. She enjoyed helping her daughter in the Girl Scouts during her younger years. Paula loved hanging out with her friends at Rivers Edge, and she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needle point, playing Candy Crush, collecting trinkets and drinking her coffee. She was a huge dog lover.
  
Paula is survived by her children, Sabastian R. Tijerina and Savanna Tijerina, both of Defiance, and her sisters, Linda (Donald) Lero of Defiance and Cindy (Scott) Stantz of Montpelier, OH; and she loved her grandson Eli.
  
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jean and Neil Holthues. 
  
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
