Leora Myers Obituary
Leora S. Myers, 88, of Defiance, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio.
She was born on June 24, 1929 to Harmon and Stella (Schubert) Myers in Defiance. Leora was a 1947 graduate of Ayersville High School, and a member of First Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed 4-H as a child, and she enjoyed traveling. Leora worked at several retail stores in the Defiance area throughout the years.
Leora is survived by her brother, Alton Myers of Defiance, and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm on Friday, March 2, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church, Defiance, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm with Rev. Lynn Bova officiating. Burial will follow the service at Myers Cemetery.
