Kyle DeVeaux

On Tuesday, February 25th, Kyle Christopher DeVeaux, 19, entered into eternal life.

Kyle was born on April 21, 2005, in Columbus, Ohio.  He loved his family, friends, cats, anime (especially Hatsune Miku), video games, the beach, and spending the summer swimming. Kyle was a person with developmental disabilities & autism, & he advocated for fellow disabled people. He was very outgoing & loved to tell jokes & make others laugh. 

He is survived by his parents Christopher and Jennifer DeVeaux, brothers Jason McKinney (Kyra) and Michael Weeks, sisters Krystina Kimball (Andrew), Moriah Perrine (Tyler), nieces Kyla, Karina, Elowyn, grandparents John and Diana DeVeaux, uncle, Chad DeVeaux, and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his Grand Dad, James Bruney and Great Grand Parents George and Dorothy Dobbeleare and Madonna DeVeaux.

A service celebrating Kyle’s life will be held March 8th, 2025 at Schaffer Funeral Home South/Lawson-Roessner Chapel, 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance, OH 43512.  Viewing will be from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM with services following at 4:00 PM.
