Obituary
Joshua Gambler, age 34 of Defiance, Ohio passed away on March 15, 2023 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on January 25, 1989 in Defiance.
He is survived by his mother, Sheliah Tipton (Stiltner) of Defiance, Ohio; sister Shannon (Jack) Krienen of Twinsburg, Ohio; grandparents Art and Gerri Miller of Defiance, Ohio; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Kelly B. Gambler; brother Jeff Gee; grandparents Howard and Sarabelle Gambler.
Josh was known for his love of NASCAR and bowling. He was an active bowler and participated in bowling leagues at C&H Lanes of Defiance, Ohio. He holds an average of 199 per game and bowled his first perfect 300 game in December 2020. Josh enjoyed playing video games, hanging out with his family/ friends, watching movies, and listening to music.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a local Food Bank or spend an afternoon doing what Josh loved most, bowling.
