Jason M. Perdue

Jason M. Perdue, age 51 of Defiance, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025. 
  
He was born on August 24, 1973 to Larry and Beverly (Burkhart) Lindthorst in Bryan, Ohio. Jason was a 1992 graduate of Defiance High School where he played baseball and football. He was very passionate about sports and loved owning his own business, S & J Sports Cards. Jason was a real people person and loved talking and reminiscing on past times.
  
Jason is survived by his stepfather William "Bill" (Karen) Perdue of Defiance, half-sister, Emily (Adam) Brooks, Sr., of Defiance, his aunts, Rita Burkhart and Patty Burkhart, both of Stryker, Lois Teegardin of Sherwood, Cheryl (David) Pfaff of Florida, OH, Penny (Denny) Meyers in Florida and Peggy (Jim) Butler of Deshler, OH, his uncles Charles (Sherri Klingshirn) Burkhart of Defiance and Jerry (Connie) Lindthorst of Florida, OH and many cousins. 
  
He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry Lindthorst and Beverly Perdue. 
 
A memorial service for Jason will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 12:00 pm at Family Christian Center in Defiance with Pastor Andy Tracy officiating. A luncheon will follow.
