Jason Ray Dulaney

Jason R. Dulaney, age 39 of Defiance, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 20, 2023 at his residence.  
  
He was born on March 15, 1984 to Rochelle (King) and Charlie Dulaney Jr. in Defiance, Ohio. On October 31, 2012  he married Deborah (Stechschulte) Dulaney who survives. Jason loved being outdoors, national parks, and taking vacations every summer with his family. He was a gun enthusiast, loved the ocean and the beach, and riding motorcycles. Jason will be sadly missed by his family and many good friends. 
  
Jason is survived by his loving wife Deborah Dulaney of Defiance, his mother Rochelle Hermiller of Miller City, OH, his father Charlie Dulaney Jr. of Defiance, his children, Briseis Stechschulte, Gabriel Dulaney, and Odin Dulaney, all of Defiance, and his siblings, Elizabeth Hermiller of Miller City, OH, Michael (Amber) Dulaney of Paulding, and Charlie (Jessica) Dulaney III of Paulding. 
  
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, and his dog Soldier "Bubba".
  
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the funeral home, with Pastor Bobby Brown officiating.
