Edward Seal

Edward Louis Seal, known affectionately as Ed, passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 64 in Auburn, Indiana in the presence of his daughters.

Born on August 5, 1960, in Wauseon, Ohio. Ed was a loving father and a proud grandpa who filled his family's lives with laughter and joy. Ed's sense of humor was as legendary as his love for the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Vikings.

Ed's family was his favorite audience, and he leaves behind a troupe of loved ones: His daughters Annessa (Deb) Wilcox, Kathryn (Stephanie) Buelow and grandkids: Tristan Wilcox Warner, and Khylee and Tanner Buelow. Sisters: Debra (Harry) McMillan, Lori Carroll, and Linda Seal. He will also be fondly remembered by his extended family and nephews, Mike (Michelle) and their children Mike, Wyatt and Jesse, Daniel (Alex) Kasper-MacMillan and Sammy Carroll.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Patricia (Rohda) Seal, his brother, Frederick Seal Jr., his sister, Cheryl Liebherr, and nephews Eddie Liebherr and Stephen Seal who no doubt welcomed Ed with open arms.

A graveside service to honor and remember Ed's life will be held at Evansport Cemetery in Evansport, Ohio, at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

Ed's life was marked by his generous spirit and infectious humor, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
