Connie Lloyd Obituary

Connie M. Lloyd, age 75 of Defiance, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born on May 16, 1947 in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. On September 24, 1983 she married Victor Lloyd, who survives.

Connie was a member of Defiance AmVets #1991, Eagles #372, and VFW #3360. She worked for several years as a Nurses Aide at Evergreen Lane Care Center until her retirement. She loved crocheting, crafts, playing piano, and collecting teddy bears. Connie was always willing to do anything for someone in need. She loved everyone she met, and everyone she met loved her.

Connie will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 39 years, Victor Lloyd of Defiance, her three daughters; Deborah (Robert) McGill of Uhrichsville, OH, Tamara Bryant of New Philadelphia, OH, and Cynthia Wilson-Creager of Ft. Wayne, IN, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Paula Thornburg, and her brother, Bobby Turney.

There will be no services at this time. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements.

Memorials are suggested to the family to assist the family with expenses.
