Amelia F. "Amy" (Roehrig) Kellermyer

Amelia F. Kellermyer, age 66, of Defiance, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Brookview of  Defiance, surrounded by loved ones.
  
She was born on March 9, 1959 to Donald and Ruperta (Solis) Roehrig in Defiance. Amy was a 1977 graduate of Defiance High School. In March of 2025, after 36 years, she retired from Spangler Candy Company. She loved shopping, in person or on the TV, craft shows, being outdoors, and cleaning, always keeping a spotless home. Amy would like to crack a cold one every once in a while. She had a very compassionate heart for animals in need. She will be missed by many family members and friends. 
  
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, and a Golden Eagle at the F.O.E. #372.
  
Amy is survived by her siblings, Donald M. (Terrie) Roehrig, Cindy (Russ) Seip, and Tricia (Danny) Ridgway, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
  
She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Joyce Marie Roehrig.
  
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 from 10:00 am-11:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Defiance. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 am at the church, with Fr. David Cirata officiating. Amy will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.
