William 'Bill' G. Schlosser, 67, of Defiance, passed away Wednesday morning, May 24th, 2017 at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Defiance, Ohio on May 26, 1949, he was the son of the late Harold and Mary (Swisher) Schlosser.
On November 18, 1967, he married his high school sweetheart Patti Baker, who survives.
Bill was the owner/DJ of Pair-A-Dice Entertainment and an Elvis Tribute Artist.
He had a passion for classic cars and loved to work in his garage.
He retired from General Motors Central foundry in 2006 after 35 years.
He was a member of AMVETS Post #1991 and Moose Lodge #2094.
Also, surviving are his children Todd (Stacey) Schlosser of Defiance, OH,
Tammy (Scott) Fryman of Hebron, KY, and Terry (Jaime) Schlosser of Hilliard, OH
sister: Karen (Joe) Garza of Paulding
brothers: Dan (Wanda) Schlosser of Defiance, Alan (Teresa) Schlosser of Defiance.
He will also be greatly missed by his nine grandchildren: Paige, Joey, Becca, Mason, Brock, Lindsey, Morgan, Allison, and William.
Known to them as "Pa", he thoroughly enjoyed spending time with each and everyone of them.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and a sister Janet Kaiser.
There will be a private memorial service held for the family. Also, a Celebration of Life to honor Bill (Dad) will be held in the near future.It will be announced.

A Celebration of Life Party will be Saturday, June 24, from 6:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. at the AMVETS Post # 1991 1795 Spruce St. Defiance.
