Tracy Lynn Booth, 43, of Defiance, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the CHP Defaince Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born on October 15, 1974 to William Ransome and Joanne (Kozey) Crabtree in Fairview Park, Ohio. In 2002, Tracy married Matthew Booth, who survives in Defiance, Ohio.

Tracy was a member of North Mount Zion Church.  She was a homemaker and caregiver for her daughter, Naomi. In her spare time she liked Arts & Crafts, fishing, Facebook and playing games. She loved her family and spending time with them. Tracy is survived by her husband,  Matthew; daughter, Naomi;  mother, Joanne and Bonus dad, Bert Moore of Dunlow, West Virginia; bonus sisters, Tresa (Allen) Matthews of Lexington, Ohio and Tammy (John) Browning of Goshen, Indiana; In-laws, Delbert and Teresa Fairchild of Defiance, Ohio; aunt, Linda (John) Sklenar of LaGrange, Ohio, as well as many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by father and aunt, Karen Golen. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at North Mount Zion Church in Continental, Ohio.  Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Brent Gibson officiating.
