Thomas J. Ludemann Thomas J. Ludemann, 66, of Defiance, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 in his son's home in Loretto, Tenn. He was born in Henry County, Ohio on October 14, 1944, he was the son of the late Paul H. and Henrietta (Sonnenberg) Ludemann who survives him of Defiance, Oh. He married Wanda Faye "Rose" (Mayes) Ludemann who died April 24, 2009. Tom had worked for the City of Defiance with the water works department, where he retired. He was a Navy Veteran, a member of Defiance VFW Post # 3360, and the Defiance AM VETS Post # 1991. Surviving is his mother Henrietta Ludemann of Defiance, Sons: Charles (Andrea) Rose of Loretta, Tenn., Tommy Ludemann Jr. of Auburn, Ind. Daughter: Teresa (Duane) Mclaren of North Carolina. Sisters: Carol (Walter) Coy of Bryan, Oh., Roseanne (David) Wolfrum of Arizona, Debbie (Jerry) Wolfrum of Bryan, Oh., Donna Schindler of Jewell, Oh., Lora (Mark) Flory of Scottsdale, Arizona. Brother: Dan (Linda) Ludemann of Defiance He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife Wanda Faye "Rose" Ludemann, his father Paul, a brother Robert Ludemann and sisters Shirley and Beverly Ludemann.. Services at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home,1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance, Oh. at 11:00 A:M on Tuesday, February 8th with Rev. Bobby Branham officiating. Visitation is 9-11 Tuesday morning before services. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery where VFW Post # 3360 will conduct honorary military graveside rites. Suggested memorials are to the Donor's Choice.
