Theresa L Mack age 49 of Defiance died peacefully at 1:00AM Tuesday December 2, 2013. She was born October 31, 1964 in Defiance, Ohio. In 1991 she married Chris Mack who survives. She is also survived by her parents Palmer and Peggy (Baldwin) Howell of Defiance. A son Chad (Tara) Froelich of New Haven, Indiana. Two daughters Amber Mack and Ashley Mack both of Defiance. A brother Tim (Sharon) Sluss of Suffolk, Virginia and a step-brother, Terry Howell of Defiance. She was preceded in death by her mother and father in-law Herbert and Bonnie Mack. Theresa graduated from the Defiance High School in 1983. She was employed at UPS Defiance, as a clerk. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Defiance. Theresa especially enjoyed scrap-booking and crafting in her spare time Visitation for Theresa will be 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00PM on Tuesday at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home. There will be a Vigil service at 7:00PM Tuesday. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday at 11:00AM at St. Mary Catholic Church Defiance. Father Randy Giesige will officiate.
