Tammy L. Shively, 57, of Defiance, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at her home in Defiance. She was born on October 3, 1963 to Joanie Cox in Dallas, Texas. On March 9, 2007 she married Bryan Shively, who survives. Tammy worked at Speedway and Arby's in Defiance. She was recently an Assistant Manager for a Home Health Agency. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and fishing. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Bryan Shively of Defiance, her mother, Joanie Cox, and her daughter, Kelly Fisher. She also leaves behind three grandchildren; Jackson, Lauren and KJ, two stepsons; Dylan and Garret Shively, and her brother, Michael Cox. She was preceded in death by her sister, Katie Cox. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Harvest Fellowship Church in Hamler, with one hour of visitation prior to the service.  Rev.
