Tamara 'Tami" Jo McNeel
Tamara 'Tami" Jo McNeel, 67, of Defiance, passed away Tuesday, September 22nd, 2015 at home.
She was born in Bryan, Ohio on October 22, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn (Carrick) and Robert W. Vogel Sr. who survives her of Defiance.
Tami was a 1965 of Defiance High School,
She worked as a social service aide at Defiance County Human Services from 1995-2010. In 2001 she married James 'Mac' McNeel. Tami was a member of the Eagles, Moose and AMVETS auxiliaries. She enjoyed collecting brass ducks with her husband Jim, crocheting doilies and blankets for family and friends, traveling to Florida for the winters, snuggling with her beloved dog "Brutus," being the caregiver of her Dad for the past 14 years, making memories filled with laughter with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events, her favorite memory was spending a week in Myrtle Beach with her family, decorating the home of her dreams built by her loving husband.
She will be greatly missed by her husband Jim, father Robert Vogel Sr.

She is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Megan (Keith) Eichoff, Treg Moser, Garett Moser, Austin Castator, Bailey Castator, Landon Rinkel, Lance Rinkel, Cami Prozy, Declan Prozy and 1 great grandson Benjamin Eichoff.
Services at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, Defiance, at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26th, with Rev. Larry Kennedy officiating.
Friends are invited to call Friday 2-8 p.m. and Saturday 10-11 a.m. at Lawson-Roessner.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Suggested memorials are to the CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
