Susan G. Meine, age 71 of Paulding, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Paulding Care Community.

She was born in Defiance, Ohio on August 12, 1954 to the late Marvin and Helen (Highland) Bunn.

Susan was a faithful member of Antwerp Global Methodist Church. She worked for several years at General Motors in Defiance. She was a very talented and crafty person and enjoyed all crafts, especially drawing and painting. As a teenager she liked barrel racing. Susan was a simple woman who was dedicated to her family.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Yvette (Brad Higgins) Meine of Garrettsville, OH, her son, Kevin Meine, ten grandchildren; Kristie (Dylan) Brook, Stephanie, Nathan, B.J., Jason, Annie, Dakota, Brittney, Bridget, and Kaylee, and her sister, Betty Gord.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Linda Sowers, and brother Mavin "Jr." Bunn.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 2-8 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 6th at the funeral home, with Pastor Han officiating. Susan will be laid to rest in Brunersburg Cemetery.
