Sue A. Bradford
Sue A. Bradford, 66, of rural Defiance, passed away Tuesday, October 27th, 2015 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born in Defiance, Ohio on March 25, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Marion 'Bus' and Ruth (Winebrenner) Miller.
She married Ricky Bradford July 30, 1979 and he survives.
She worked as a Paramedic at Oakwood EMS and Medivan. She was the coordinator for the Oakwood EMS for seven years, worked at Home Health Care in Paulding, had been an editorial writer for the Paulding Progress, and had also worked at John Manville and SK Wayne.
Sue was a girl scout leader and softball coach. She had a strong Christian beliefs.
She will be missed by her husband Ricky,
daughter: Heidi Axson of Ft. Wayne, son: Dan Miler of Osseo, MI,
step son: Josh Bradford of Evansville, IN
brother: Tony Miller of Oakwood.
She is also survived by 2 grandchildren: Conner Axson and Megan Miler.
Preceded in death by a son David Miler, sister Sally Miller and niece Rachael Miller
Services will be at Melrose United Methodist at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 30th, with Rev. Irene Kochenspargee officiating.
Friends are invited to call Thursday 2-6 p.m. at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance and Friday 11-12 at Melrose United Methodist Church 712 State St. Melrose,OH. Burial will be in Kingery Cemetery, Brown Township.
