Shirley Resendez, age 65 of Defiance, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 surrounded by her family at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was a dedicated wife and mother and was happily married to her husband Ricardo Resendez for 48 years.

There will be no visitation or services. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements.
