Sandra K. Peek, age 76 of Ney, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at her home. She was born on July 22, 1949 to the late Dean and Maude (Jubenville) Perry in Bryan, Ohio. On October 14, 2008 she married Joe Peek who survives.

Sandra was a nurses aide at Twin Rivers Nursing Home, and a bus driver for Ayersville and Defiance Schools for many years. She loved her dog "Gizmo" and enjoyed plastic canvas, going for walks, listening to country music, and spending time with her best friend Jane Zedaker. Sandra was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Joe Peek of Ney, OH, and her children, Macel Keys, Melody (Joe) Eagleson, and Kimberly (Jim) Sanchez, all of Defiance. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Brittany (Mike) Mueller of Ney, OH, Jared (Abby) Sanchez of Perrysburg, OH, and Tiffany Knapp of Defiance, seven great-grandchildren including, MJ, Matthew, Marcus and Magdalene Mueller, Ashton Thome and Urban Goings, one great-great-grandchild, Kayin Thome, and her sister, Joanne Prough of Defiance. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Maude Perry. There will be no services. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to Ft.
