Sally Ann Bowers Flory, wife of Ronald "Ron" Gene Flory, died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, South Carolina. A native of Defiance, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Henry Myers Bowers and Helen Romaine Myers.  Mrs. Flory was a retired secretary with Anthony Wayne Elementary School, Flory Brother Builders, and owner, along with husband Ron,  of R&S Glass Design in Ohio. She had a love for her family, and her hobbies were with the Pace Setters Dancers Club and Dixie Round Dancers. In addition to her husband, survivors include sons, Robert "Bob" (Brenda) Flory of Defiance, Todd (Michelle) Flory of Defiance, daughter, Barbara Arnold of Seneca, South Carolina, brother, Dr. Henry M. Bowers, II of Sanibel, Florida, and grandchildren; Ashley Arnold, Jessica Flory, Bryan Flory, Tyler (Becca) Flory, Derrick (Sheri) Flory, Justin Perry, Travis Perry, and Hunter Perry. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Dr. William E. Bowers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.  Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the funeral home, with Pastor Joe Payne officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. The family request memorials be sent to The American Cancer Society. Sandifer Funeral Home assisted the family in South Carolina.
