Rose Marie Linebrink Rose Marie Linebrink, 69, of Defiance, passed Sunday evening December 2nd, 2018 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. She was born in Defiance, Ohio on May 28, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Zoll) Zipfel. Rose was a 1967 graduate of Defiance High School. On June 28, 1969 she married Larry Linebrink, who survives. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a lifelong resident of Defiance. Rose was retired from Eye Surgeon Associates in Defiance where she had worked as a clerical/administrative assistant. She had also worked for many years at the Religious Education Center. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed watching her grandsons sporting events. Rose will be greatly missed by her husband of 49 years, Larry, son: Casey (Kelly) Linebrink of Defiance, sisters: Martha (Dennis) Coressel of Defiance, Anna (Dave) Sees of South Whitley, IN brothers: Jim (Dianna) Zipfel of Defiance, Paul (Cindy) Zipfel of Defiance and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren: Keaton Linebrink, Casen Linebrink and Aaron Dittman . Rose was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Linebrink-Dittman and her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Catholic Church, Defiance, at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, December 7th, with Father Randy Giesige officiating. Visitation is Friday 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance. Suggested donations are to CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
