Rosalee Miller, 82, of Defiance passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center, Defiance.

She was born on July 15, 1934 to Allie and Opal (Leonard) Barnhart, Sr in Firebrick, Ohio.  On December 31, 1955 she married Arthur L. Miller and he survives.  Rosalee worked on the Etch-A-Sketch line for the Ohio Art Company retiring in 1997.  She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed shopping, camping, and flower gardening.

Rosalee  is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Arthur L. Miller of Defiance, son Rickie (Christine) Miller of Defiance, daughter, Lori Miller of Napoleon, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters, Betty (Junior) Jewel, Ellen (Ed) Grimes, Janet (Don) Risley, Karen (Dennis) Stout, and brother Bill (Evelyn) Barnhart.

She was preceded in death by her parents Allie and Opal Barnhart, Sr. sisters, Ceola Schindledecker, Loretta Rader, Arbedella Coressel, and brothers, Harold, Allie Jr., Delbert, Bob, and James Barnhart.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2016, 10:00 - 11:00 am at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am with Pastor Timothy G. Reynolds, officiating.  Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Defiance.
