Rollie J. Prowant, age 80, formerly of Ayersville, passed away on  Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the Park View Care Center in Edgerton, Ohio.

He was born on January 20, 1943 to Galen and Thelma (Leatherman) Prowant in Putnam County, Ohio.  Rollie worked for General Motors in Defiance.

Rollie loved cars and like to add to his collection.  His favorite was his red Corvette that he pampered. Rollie is survived by his sister, Valery Howard and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his two sons, Adam and Christopher Prowant; his brother, Roger Prowant and sister, Mary C. Ankney.

There were no public services.  Burial took place in Fairview Cemetery, Dupont, Ohio.  Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc. was honored to assist with arrangements. Online condolences can be given at www.Schafferfh.com.
