Rogelio "Roy" Presas, 83, was born in Texas on September 4th, 1941, and fell asleep peacefully in death, Thursday morning April 18th, 2024, at a hospice center located in Defiance, Ohio.

He enjoyed working many different jobs throughout the years, but mainly worked at Johns-Manville of Defiance as a maintenance supervisor for almost 25 years. He had a love for working outdoors, gardening, and building outdoor projects. He also enjoyed listening to Oldies and Spanish music as well. Always having a big smile, he loved his family, and he was affectionately known as "Papa Roy" to pretty much everyone. He was also a dedicated servant of Jehovah, and an active member of Jehovah's Witness Auglaize River Congregation.

He is survived by his daughter Inez King of Pipe Creek, Texas, and son Gerardo "Jerry" and wife Elizabeth Presas of Edinburgh, Texas, children of mother Jauna Presas, (deceased), his children of Maria Rachel Presas, (deceased) his daughter, Maria Rachel Kelsey and son-in-law Brad Kelsey, son and Main Caregiver, Samuel A. Presas and daughter ''Sue" Sulema A. Pollick and son-in-law Robert "Rob" Pollick and daughter Dahlia E. Presas (deceased).

Memorial service talk will be held on Sunday May 12th at 3:00pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 24864 Watson Road in Defiance, Ohio 43512.

Roy's wishes were cremation and burial in Riverside Cemetery in Defiance beside his beloved wife, Maria and daughter Dahlia.
