Robina Florence Budd-Roddy, 84, formerly of Continental Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at The Laurels of Defiance.

She was born on August 20, 1941 to John and Jessie (Miller) Killin in Boston, MA. In 1957 she married John G. Budd who preceded her in death on July 27, 1987. She then later in life married Roger Roddy Sr., who also preceded her in death.

Robina was a faithful member of North Mount Zion Church and an avid Elvis fan. She enjoyed flower gardening, knitting, and mostly spending time with her family and grandchildren. Robina worked at Meijer in the meat department until her retirement, and was a very generous and giving person who was always there for anyone in need.

Robina is survived by her children, Sheri (Ron) Ashbaugh of Grover Hill, OH, William (Jody) Budd of Wauseon, OH, John Budd of Continental, OH, and Shawn Budd of Chillicothe, OH, 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and siblings John Killin, Leo Killin, and Peggy Martin.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 11:00 am at the funeral home, with Rev. Brent Gibson officiating. Robina will be laid to rest in Riverview Memory Gardens.
