Ricardo "Rick" "Mormo" Villarreal, 45, of Defiance, passed away on  May 28, 2013 at the Bryan Hospital in Bryan, OH.

He was born on November 23, 1967 to Ricardo and Dominga (Aquirre) Villarreal at Defiance, OH. Ricardo worked at the Hicksville Grain Elevator. In 1986 he married Cindy Sharp.

Ricardo is survived by his loving spouse Cindy, father, Ricardo F (Dominga) Villarreal Sr. of Defiance, OH, Sons, Richard  (Tiffanie) Villarreal III, Aaron Scott (Angel) Villarreal, sisters, Magdalena (Rufino) Oregon, Sandra (Felix) Ramierz, brothers, John Anthony (Elizabeth) Villarreal, Noe Villarreal, Adam Villarreal, Grandchildren, Ricky, Russell, Savannah, Emma, J.R., & Gabby, God-Daughter, Brandy Adkins, Many nieces, nephews, & great-nieces & nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and beloved friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dominga Villarreal.

Rick spent most of his time playing with his grandkids, hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. He was often found riding his motorcycle, in the back yard grilling out, or just hanging at the picnic table.

Visitation will be held on Sunday June 2, 2013 from 2:00 - 8:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio, with a vigil service at 3:30 pm.

Funeral services will be held on Monday June 3, 2013, at 11:00 am at Schaffer Funeral Home, with Deacon Jeff Mayer officiating.

Burial will take place in the Riverside Cemetery.
