Rebecca J. Strom, age 60 of Defiance, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on November 13, 1961 in Defiance, Ohio to the late Paul and Dorothy (Hammon) Krontz. On June 23, 2007 she married Edmond Strom, who survives.

Rebecca was a life member of VFW #3360 Auxiliary. She enjoyed auctions, flea markets, and thrift stores. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Rebecca treasured her time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. Rebecca will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Edmond Strom of Defiance, her children; Melody (James) Lime of Defiance, Constance (Josh) Wagner of Defiance, and Roger Strom of Monroe, Georgia, her grandchildren; Bre, Seth, Courtni, Harmony and Kaylee, and her siblings; Raymond (Connie) Krontz, Bruce Krontz, Connie (Dale) Bower and Deb Aden, all of Defiance. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Paul Krontz. A Memorial Service for Rebecca will be held at a later date.
