Randall L. Akers Randall (Randy) L. Akers, age 58, of Napoleon, Oh died in a motorcycle accident, Sunday, June 7th, 2015. He was born in Hinton, West Virginia on March 27, 1957, he was the son of the late Everett and Linda (Lively) Akers who survives him of Defiance He was the husband of Rebecca (Lee) Akers. They were married Nov. 7, 1976. Randall worked at Keller Warehouse in Defiance. He had previously worked for the Campbell Soup Co. for 25 years. He enjoyed gardening, riding his motorcycle and his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his wife Rebecca, mother Linda Akers of Defiance, grandmother Nancy Lively of Defiance, sisters: Teresa Stahl of Melrose, Mylinda Sherry of Kentucky brothers: Stevie (Mary) Akers of Melrose, Shawn Akers of Ft. Wayne and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his sister Bonnie Akers, father and grandfather. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance, Oh. Rev. Charles Lively will officiate. Friends are invited to call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 10th at Lawson-Roessner. Burial will be in Riverview Memory Gardens.
