Philip Amos Frederick Sr., age 67, of Defiance, died peacefully in his home on Monday December 18, 2023. He worked as an Operator for Johns Manville for 28 years. Phil was a lifetime member of the Amvets, APA association, and a member at the Eagles. He loved to play pool and played in leagues for 25 plus years. Phil was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and fish. He loved to put his garden out every year at his childhood family property. He always kept himself busy always tinkering with things.

Phil was proceeded in death by his Father, Henry Ford Frederick, Mother Rosemary E. (McCabe) Frederick, Brother Daniel Frederick, Sister, Doris Frederick, and his grandparents. Phil is survived by his Son, Philip (Amber) Frederick Jr., Granddaughter Hailey, Grandsons, Brody and Noah Henry, Step-grandson Aiden Bryner from Oakwood, Brother Raymond Frederick of Arthur, Sister Sandra Daniels of Greenville, SC, and his dog Jack. He will be truly missed by his son, family, and friends

Respecting his wishes for no services, there will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm at the Emerald Auglaize Fox Club in Junction, OH.
