Penelope A. Yoh, age 76, peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Brookview Healthcare Center in Defiance, Ohio. She was born on January 5, 1947 to the late Benjamin and Alma (May) Yoh in Defiance. Penelope was a faithful member of Grace Episcopal Church. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and she cherished her time spent with her family. Penelope is survived by two sons, Steven (Deanna) Rau of Dayton, OH and Jeffrey Rau of St. Petersburg, FL, three grandchildren, her brothers, Greggory Yoh of Woodstock, GA, Jay Yoh of Van Wert, OH and Kim Yoh of Columbus Grove, OH, and three sisters, Chris (Richard) Beebe of Defiance, Connie (Bill) Lange of Celina, OH and Johna Yoh (Andrew Hofstetter) of Ft. Jennings, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Rau, and grandson, Craig Rau. There will be no visitation or services. Schaffer Funeral Home was honored to assist the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the family.
