Paul E. Stork, 92, of Defiance, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at The Laurels of Defiance, Defiance, Ohio.

He was born on March 27, 1922 to Claude and Amelia (Rahmel) Stork in Defiance Co., OH.  On April 19, 1947 he married Rosemary Gitter, whom survives.

Paul was the Owner/Operator of Jacob's Meats for many years. He was a member of St Mary's Catholic Church, K of C, Rotary Club, Jewell Legion, VFW Post 3360, and Defiance Elks.  Paul honorably served his country during WWII as a veteran of the US Army Air Force.

Paul is survived by his loving spouse, Rosemary Stork of Defiance, a daughter, Becky Keel of Defiance, sons, Jeffrey (Janet) Stork of Kendallville, IN, and Michael (Cathy) Stork of Defiance, 6 Grandchildren: Erica Kohn, Erin Davis, Jacob, Corey, Kristen, and Staci Stork, 2 Great-Grandsons, 2 Step Great-Granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Richard and Robert Stork, and a sister, Helen March.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 26, 2014, 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio, with a Vigil Service at 2:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2014, 11:00 am in St Mary's Catholic Church, Defiance, Ohio, with Father Randy Giesige, officiating.

Burial will take place in the Riverview Memory Gardens.
