Paul Maurice Miller, 82, of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, while under hospice care at Twin Rivers Care and Rehabilitation Center, Defiance, OH. Paul spent the prior three years at the Genesis Bryan Center.

He was born on August 8, 1931 to Wilmer and Gladys (Tallman) Miller in Fulton County, OH.  On June 5, 1992, in Defiance, he married Sharon Imbrock.

Paul attended the Church of the Nazarene and later Bridgewater Community Church in Pioneer, OH.  He was a US Marine Corp Veteran.  Paul was a semi truck driver retiring in 1994.  He raised and showed Angus cattle winning 1st place to the Grand Champion at the Louisville International Livestock Expo.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Sharon, children, Daniel (Karen) Miller, John Miller, Mary (David) Cook, Mark Miller, Matthew Miller, Lisa (Mike) Baxter, Ryan (Jen) Imbrock, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a sister, Helen VonDeylen.

He was preceded in death by his parents & brothers; Lawrence, Charles A., Burdette A., Glenn, & Billy in infancy, & sisters; Annabelle Kretz and Mary Walter.

A memorial celebration will be held at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the Free Christian Church of God on Route 15 by Continental, with Rev. James  Fry officiating. Military Honors will be presented by VWF Post 3360 after the service.
