Patricia "Trish" Trevino-Koch, 44, of Defiance, passed away on  Monday, November 4, 2013 at her residence.

She was born on January 11, 1969 to Jose and Beatrice (Mendieta) Trevino in Defiance.

Trish attended St. Mary's Catholic School and graduated in 1987 from Defiance High School. Patricia was known for being a kind and caring person, who was always willing to help those in need. She often cared for others, putting them before herself. In doing so, she made many lifelong friends and lasting relationships. Trish will be loved and missed by those who knew her best.

Patricia is survived by her father, Jose (Thelma) Trevino of Defiance,  mother, Beatrice Trevino of Defiance, daughters, Alsace Trevino-Ramon of Defiance, Aisla Koch of Defiance, Ainsley Koch of Defiance, sisters: Sylvia (Pepe) Gutierrez of Harlingen, TX, Darlene Peterson of Defiance, Frances (Markwin) Jongerden of Defiance, Dawn (Corey) Lambert of Bryan, brothers, Joey Trevino of Defiance,  Maurice Trevino of Defiance, several nieces and nephews and her dog, Lola.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 from 2 to 6pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the funeral home at 10AM with Deacon Jeff Mayer officiating.

Burial will take place in the Riverside Cemetery.
