Patricia Ann McKenzie, 53, of Defiance, passed away on  Tuesday,May 3, 2016 at The Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

She was born on February 21, 1963 to Robert and Donna (Elliott) Roddy in Defiance. On March 18, 1983 she married David D. McKenzie, who preceded her in death on January 28, 2016. Patricia worked at ConAgra Foods in Archbold for over 15 years. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and her grandchildren.

Patricia will be sadly missed by her family, mother Donna Roddy of Defiance, sons Michael (Melissa) McKenzie of Brighton, Colorado,  Joe (Heather) McKenzie of Defiance,  Jeff  McKenzie (Tierney Christian) of Athens, Ohio, daughter Amy Sue Oswalt of Athens, brothers, Robert Roddy, Jr. and Rick Roddy of Defiance, mother-in-law Rose Wright McKenzie, and grandchildren Hunter, Hannah, Emalee, and Jayden McKenzie.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Roddy, Sr., husband, David McKenzie, and father-in-law, Joe P. McKenzie.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home, with Paul Myers officiating.
