Patricia Ann "Pat" Winkler, 62, of Defiance, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014, at her residence.

She was born December 11, 1951, in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of the late Paul  F. and Betty Lou (Burton) Manning.  She married Thomas  R. Winkler in 1970 and he preceded her in death in 2003. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Defiance AmVets Auxillary.

Pat liked crocheting, flower gardening, and singing karaoke. She was also an avid Elvis fan.

Surviving her are sons Phillip T. Winkler of PA, William R. Winkler of Miland, TX, Michael T. (Catina) Winkler of Paulding, Benjamin L. Winkler of Paulding, daughter, Bonnie J. Winkler of Defiance, 5 grandchildren, sisters Gerry Jaynes Springfield, Brenda (Phillip) Winkler of Cecil, B. J. Noble of Defiance, Vickie (Rick) Floyd of Fl, and Betty Lou (Don) Dixon of TN.

Also preceding her in death were one sister and three brothers.

Visitation will be held from 3pm - 8pm Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance.  Services will be at 1:00 pm  Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at the funeral home with Rev. Burnell Hammons officiating.   Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Defiance.
