Pamela Teegarden Pamela K. Teegarden, 72, of Defiance, passed away Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 at the Laurels of Defiance, surrounded by friends and family. She was born in Paulding, Ohio on September 9, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Russel and Laura (Carnahan) Marvin. Pam was a graduate of Oakwood High School and cosmetology college. On October 8, 1971 she married Robert "Bob" Teegarden who died August 27, 2018. She was a Defiance High School fan, enjoyed shopping, her grandchildren, get togethers with family and friends, her dog Beau and attending church. She was a member of The Gathering Place. Surviving are a daughter Jacki Teegarden of Defiance, a son Michael (Debbie) Teegarden of Donna, Texas, a brother Russel "Frank" Marvin of Melrose, a sister Rebecca Grunden of Defiance, friend Bryan Williams, six grandchildren: Cortney, Aisha, AJ, Ajia, Aizaya and Ayanna. Pam was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Teegarden and her parents. Memorial Services at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at The Gathering Place 602 Clinton St. Defiance with Rev. Steve Buttermore and Rev. Carol Retcher officiating. Visitation is Monday 2-8 p.m. at the Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home 1753 S. Clinton St. Defiance. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
