Pamela J. Addington, 64, of Defiance, passed away on Wednesday evening, May 29, 2019 at The Toledo Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on June 29, 1954 to Robert and Lillian (McComas) Karr in Adrian, Michigan. Pamela was married to Steven L. Addington, who resides in Defiance. Pamela worked for several years at Napco Plastics Company in Napoleon until her retirement. She enjoyed shopping at garage sales and thrift stores. Her children were her life and spending time with them was always her top priority. Pamela will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Steven Addington of Defiance, daughter, Katina Clark of Bryan, Ohio, five grandchildren, and two brothers, Joe  (Kathy) Karr of Napoleon, and Gary Karr of Toledo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Matney, two grandchildren, and her brother, Jack Karr. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Schaffer Funeral Home in Defiance. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Schaffer Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Malone officiating. Burial will follow the service at Riverside Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family.
