Olga Cristofori Olga Cristofori, 93, of Defiance and formerly of Wadsworth, Oh, passed Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010 at Defiance Regional Medical Center. She was born in Akron, Oh on March 9, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Steve and Julia (Bacovcin) Chirich. Olga married Michael J. Cristofori in 1938 and he died Nov. 25, 2001. She worked as a beautician and was a 1935 graduate of Akron South High School. Olga loved golf and animals. Surviving is a daughter: Dee (James) Spengler of Defiance. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren: Kelly (Chris) Tinney, Tracy (Michael) Peffley, Jacqueline Spengler, and 3 great grandchildren: Jacob Tinney, Alexander Peffley, and Kaitlyn Peffley. Services at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home, Defiance, at 8:00 P:M on Friday, September 24th, with Pastor Willie Barker officiating. Visitation is Friday 4-7:30 P:M at Lawson-Roessner.
