Norma Savannah (Holbrook) Mccoy's Obituary
Our beloved mother Norma Savannah McCoy, 87, left her earthly home on this day July 18, 2014. She was in the presence of her children and grandchildren at the time of her journey Home. She was born December 18, 1926 to Walter and Lou Holbrook in West Dante, Virginia. On January 17, 1948 she was united in marriage to her beloved husband Cecil McCoy who passed on before her.
Norma is survived by her children Robert (Yvonne) Johnson of Evansport, Wanda (Bob) Coleman of Dupont, Freada McCoy of Oakwood, Phyllis Jones of Defiance, Helen (Dale) Davis of Dupont, and Larry McCoy of Defiance. Norma was blessed by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She was loved and will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held Monday July 21, 2014 from 11 am - 1 pm at the Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance where f
uneral services will be held at 1 pm with the Reverend Isaac Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Memory Gardens in rural Defiance.
Memorials may be made to the Family or CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
