Norma J Chandler, 91, of Defiance, passed away on  May 28, 2022 at Glenn Park Senior Living, Defiance, OH. She was born on January 8, 1931 to Gordon  and Freda (Wolf) Gary in Defiance, OH. Norma was married Everett Chandler, who preceded her in death. Norma worked for All-Star Products, and was a member of Trinity United Methodist.  She was an avid animal lover who would rescue and take in many dogs, she was a volunteer for Red Cross,  and enjoyed gardening. Norma is survived by her Son, Mark (Deborah) Chandler of Defiance, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Everett Chandler. Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, 11:00 am at the Riverside Cemetery, Defiance, Ohio, with Pastor Nico Kinner, officiating. Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance, was honored to assist the family with arrangements. Memorials are suggested to the Fort Defiance Humane Society.
