Mildred A Miller-Fann, 96, of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at CHP Defiance Area Hospice Inpatient Center, Defiance, OH.

She was born on November 3, 1916 to Harry and Anna (Eichler) Fellers at Pauldng, OH. Mildred was married to Joseph E. Miller in 1945 who passed away in 1998, and on December 13, 2007 she married Charles Fann, who survives.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Paulding, Life Member of VFW #3360 Aux and DAV Aux, Defiance. Mildred owned and operated Clip & Curl Beauty Shop in Defiance 1962 - 1989, and also was a beautician in the State of Florida during the winter months. Mildred was a graduate of Paulding High School and Fredericks Beauty School. She enjoyed dancing, laughing, and just being with family..

Mildred is survived by her loving spouse, Charles Fann of Defiance, OH, son, Richard A Frame of Ft. Wayne, IN, sister, Maxine (John) Straka of Paulding, OH, Step-daughters, Barbara (Jeff) Schroeder of Grover Hill, OH, Debby Barrett of Defiance, OH, Anita (Blaine) Young of Deer Park, TX, Step-sons, Calvin Fann of Weslaco, TX, Christopher (Suzanna) Fann of Weslaco, TX, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 14 step-grandchildren, 11 Step-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph E Miller, brothers, Beryl, Robert,, Bernard & Donald Fellers, Sisters, Thelma Igney, Frances Kramer, Betty Fellers, and 1 step-granddaughter.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 23, 2013 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Schaffer Funeral Home, Inc., Defiance, Ohio .

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at 11:00 am in the funeral home, with Chaplain Mona Sauder, officiating.

Entombment will take place in the Riverview Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Defiance OH.

Memorials are suggested to the Defiance Co. Senior Center.
