Michele Sue Curtis, 62, of Antwerp, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

She was born on March 2, 1955 to James and Joann (Ripke) Harris in Williams County, Ohio. On March 24, 1975 she married Thomas Curtis, who preceded her in death on March 26, 2016. Michele loved being with horses, and she enjoyed horseback riding, drawing, and sculpting.

Michele will be greatly missed by her father, James Harris, Sr., daughter, Amber (Nathan) Brown of Oakwood, son, Ryan Curtis of Ft. Wayne, IN, five  grandchildren: Micheala, Alexandria, Colin, Cylus, and Stewie, two great-grandchildren: Oliver and Landyn, sister, Kris, brothers, Terry (Denise) Harris, James (Cathy) Harris, Jr., Rick (Chris) Harris, and Corey (Nicole) Harris.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joann Harris, husband, Thomas Curtis, and grandson Anakin.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Schaffer Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
