Mary C. Wolford Mary C. Wolford, 81, of Defiance, passed away Friday, November 26th, 2010 in her home. She was born in Mansfield, Ohio on April 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late William and Flora (Young) Losh. Mary was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, the Altar Society, a choir member and the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She worked as a caretaker since 1983 and was a cook at the the Vagabond Village for 17 years from 1967 to 1983. In 1950 she married Carl Wolford who died in 1965. She married Lloyd Wolford in 1966 and he died in 1981. Surviving are daughters: Anna (Larry) Bryant of Alabama, Paula Wolford of Defiance, Carrie Wolford of Defiance, Rita (Rick) VanCleve of Cecil. Son; Larry Wolford of Paulding. Brother(s): Paul (Patricia) Losh of Mt. Vernon, Rev. Father Joseph Losh of Worthington, Oh. Jim Losh of Deadwood, Oregon, 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. She was preceded death by her husbands, 3 sons; William, James and David Wolford and 2 sisters; Cecilia Losh and Dolores Waddel, a granddaughter and a great grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at St. Mary Catholic Church, Defiance, Oh. at 10:00 A:M on Monday, November 29th, with Father Tim Kummerer officiating. Visitation is Sunday 2-8 at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home with a 7:00 P:M vigil service. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Cecil, Oh.
