Mary M. Mccarthy's Obituary
Mary M McCarthy, 84, of Defiance, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Heartland of Waterville.
She was born on December 23, 1929 to Anthony and Ruth Anna (Ehrat) Cornelius in Defiance.
Mary was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons, Mark Schomburg of OK, Tom (Valerie) Schomburg of CA, David (Connie) Schomburg of Hicksville, Jerome (Rene) Schomburg of CA, Tim (Ada) Schomburg of FL, many grand and great-grandchildren, sisters, Joan Bauchman of Paulding, Caroline (Bill) Willis of Defiance and Rose Hanna of Defiance.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sons, Joseph Schomburg, Dennis Schomburg, James Schomburg, brothers, Philip McCarthy, Ernest McCarthy, Robert McCarthy, sisters, Barbara Shinners and Ruth Ann McCarthy.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014, at St. John's Catholic Church with Father Todd Dominique officiating.
Memorials are suggested to Mary's niece, Tracy Eaton.
