Mary E. Jenkins, 77, of Defiance died at 2:10 P:M Saturday, February 20, 2010 in Mercy Hospital of Defiance. She was born in Pikeville, Ky. the daughter of the late Walter and Alice (Burchfield) Holland. Mary was preceded in death by her husband George and was a homemaker. Surviving are two daughters; Geneva Taylor of Keivy, Ky. Lisa (Rick) Harmon of Defiance and four grandchildren. Besides her husband George, she was preceded in death by two brothers Roscoe and William Holland and a grandson. Visitation for Mary Jenkins is 6-8 P:M Monday evening at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home. Services are 10:00 A:M Tuesday. February 23 at Lawson-Roessner. Officiating will be Rev. Burnel Hammons. Burial will be in Blue Creek Cemetery, Paulding County.
