Martha May Slow's Obituary
GREEN BAY, Wis. - Martha May Slow, 103, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, in Green Bay, Wis.
She was born June 20, 1914, to Carl and Josephine (Young) Horning in Napoleon, Ohio. Martha was a 1932 graduate of Napoleon High School. On May 18, 1933, she married James Slow. They resided in Bryan, Ohio.
Martha will be greatly missed by her sons, Rev. James (Helen) Slow of North Topsail Island Beach, N.C., and Steve Slow of Green Bay, Wis.; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Rose Beaverson of San Antonio, Texas.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and son, Don.
Visitation and service will be held from 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Lawson-Roessner Funeral Home in Defiance. Private burial for family will follow at Riverview Memory Gardens.
